The CypherPit sweepstakes promotion ("Promotion") is an ongoing sweepstakes that operates continuously. Individual battle events within the Promotion begin and end at specific times as displayed on the Platform. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason.
Battles typically run for approximately 10–15 minutes, with new battles created automatically on a rolling basis. The current schedule of active and upcoming battles is visible on the Pit page.

Participants must have a valid CypherPit account and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Identity verification (KYC) via Stripe Identity is required before any Sweeps Coin redemption.
It is each participant's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
No purchase is necessary. Eligible participants may obtain free Sweeps Coins (SC) through the following method:
AMOE limits: One (1) SC per eligible participant per seven (7) calendar day period. AMOE requests are processed within five (5) business days. Fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete requests will be denied.
Participants may purchase Gold Coins (GC) on the Platform. GC are a virtual entertainment currency with no monetary value. With qualifying GC purchases, participants receive free bonus Sweeps Coins (SC) as follows:
SC received via GC purchase bonus and SC received via AMOE have identical value, functionality, and redemption rights. Purchasing GC does not increase your chances of winning.
CypherPit hosts music battle events between two artists. Participants use Sweeps Coins (SC) to place entries on available markets within each battle. Markets may include predictions on battle winner, round-by-round outcomes, and other music-related propositions.

Outcomes involve subjective evaluation and are not predetermined. The Sponsor does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
Promotional Activity: CypherPit LLC may seed initial prize pools, display simulated participant activity (including viewer metrics and community engagement indicators), and feature promotional content during the Platform's launch period and ongoing operations. These promotional elements are provided for entertainment purposes and do not affect the calculation of real user prizes. All user payouts are determined solely by actual user entries and the battle outcome algorithm. Simulated activity does not interact with, dilute, or alter the prize pools or payouts of real user entries.
Prizes are awarded in the form of Sweeps Coins (SC), which may be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 USD, subject to the following conditions:
Prize payouts per battle vary based on market size and number of participants. The approximate retail value (ARV) of prizes for any individual battle ranges from $0 to $10,000, depending on total pool size and entry volume. The total ARV of all prizes awarded across all battles in a given month varies and is not predetermined.
Prizes are awarded in USD. All taxes (federal, state, local) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. CypherPit will issue a 1099-MISC tax form for cumulative redemptions totaling $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by the IRS.
The odds of winning depend on the number and amount of entries received for each market and the outcome of the battle. Odds are not fixed and fluctuate in real time based on participant activity. Displayed odds on the Platform are dynamic and provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Actual payouts are calculated at the time of market resolution.
There is no guaranteed prize for any entry. Participants may lose some or all SC entered on any given market.
Winners are determined automatically by the Platform when a battle concludes and markets are resolved. Winning entries are credited with SC based on the applicable payout odds at the time of entry.
Participants may view their entry results in the "My Entries" tab on the Pit page and in their transaction history on the Account page. No separate winner notification is sent for individual entries.
For SC redemptions, participants will receive email confirmation when their redemption request is approved and processed.

In the event of cancellation or voiding of a battle or market, affected entries will be refunded in the original currency used.
By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless CypherPit LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of any prize, or these Official Rules.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (b) technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind; (c) unauthorized human or non-human intervention; (d) errors in the administration or processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property related to participation.
By accepting a prize, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their username and general geographic location (city/state) for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants will not be required to disclose their real name publicly.
All disputes arising from or related to these Official Rules or the Promotion shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions in the CypherPit Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver contained therein.
These Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to the CypherPit Privacy Policy. Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, processing prizes, and complying with applicable laws.
For a list of major prize winners (redemptions of $1,000 or more), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to CypherPit AMOE, P.O. Box 330219, Fort Worth, TX 76163, with the notation "Winner List Request." Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the end of the applicable monthly period.
